lovely stay at the hotel
central location comfortable bed accommodating staff
the location was great, central yet quiet. the room had nice decorations, and the bed felt very comfortable. the staff were helpful and always accommodating to my needs. i found the bar and café to be enjoyable spaces for a quick drink (or a relaxed afternoon tea).
the room was slightly smaller than i had expected for the price i paid. it still had everything i needed, but extra space would have been welcome. i think a bit more attention to room size could enhance the experience.

the hotel features top-quality food, and the staff remembered my name from previous visits, a detail i found quite nice. the team clearly aims for personalised service here. i found the attention to detail to be a lovely touch.

the reception was cute and accommodating to our late arrival, assisting us with a meal at the bar despite the hour. the staff provided recommendations and excellent service in general. their kindness greatly contributed to a relaxed atmosphere.

the room décor was fabulous, and the beds and pillows were comfortable (i slept very well). the cleanliness and the amenities provided were great. i found everything to be in excellent condition.

small room useless fridge
the location was acceptable for exploring the city.
the room was far too small for the price paid. the fridge only worked when the key card was in the slot, so i couldn't keep anything cold. even when i left a card in, housekeeping removed it, rendering the fridge useless.

charming stay!
quiet street immaculate building red brick
I enjoyed the quiet street location just outside the city. the building is immaculately kept. The red brick exterior looked amazing! my room was very comfortable. It had everything i needed.
The lunch and dinner menus were more lite bites. I needed to go to nearby restaurants for a more substantial meal.

the hotel is part of the historic hotels of ireland group, which includes some lovely hotels. the hotel is beautiful and very well located. the townhouse building has a great exterior.

The breakfast was excellent. It included many options. the g&ts were delicious. i also noted other dining options closer as well. The presentation was amazing!!!

The staff seemed honestly sincere with their greetings. the reception staff and catering staff were very friendly. they went out of their way to help. I appreciated that very much.
